As it was noted at the Congress in particular, the fine arts of today cannot stand aloof from scientiofic achievements in the field of mass media. Our own experience showed that we could hardly deal with such a large number of applications and selection of appropriate works for Spring Salon exhibition and contest without modern electronic communication means. Now we think it over to establish a unified electronic information space in Internet for solving general creative and social problems. And ideas of an electronic government and democracy seem to be not so far from us.
