“Her presence in Colours”X – International Women Artists Exhibition” Vietnam - 2012 . Honoy - Ho Chi Minh - Exhibition - trip by borts along Mekong delta - festival evening - trip by car through sand and seeshore at last
 June 20-30.  Since 2008 the IRIDA artists have participated in art shows of the International Association of Women Artists – INWAA the activity of which is governed by the Council of Representatives of countries of Asia, Europe and America. 
   Over 200 women artists from 22 countries took part in the 10th biennale. Ten members of IRIDA submitted paintings and graphic works corresponding to the main theme of exhibition – Women`s Art – a New Direction in Global Culture.
  The works of Russian artists received a high appraisal of the organizers and viewers of the exhibition. Janna Yakovleva`s work “Dreams” was awarded the prize of the Jury. The prizes of viewers` choices were given to Julia Avanesova for a series of serigraphy drawings under the title “Tea Drinking Party” and to Elena Shumakova for her still lives with dolls. Anna Remyga, Olga Talantseva and Maria Esmont displayed their landscapes fulfilled in different manners and mood; Nadeshda Razumova shows  russian traditional ceremony with ring dances,  Lydia Martynova, Elena Berezina and Nataliya Bazhenova presented fabulous, philosophical and conceptual paintings.
   Traditional oriental hospitality of Vietnamese organizers of cultural program together with marvelous views of tropical nature and famous Vietnamese cuisine , national music and dances – all these things left indelible impression on every participant of the trip.
Besides exhibitions and tourist programs oour artists could also see master classes of traditional folk handicraft makers working with coconut shell and coir, lacquered miniatures, embroidery and ceramics.
   A conference and seminar on the theme “Creative work of women artists in modern world” took place in Ho Shi Minh University. Maria Esmont, Chairwoman of IRIDA, made a report about the status of women artists in the changed political-social and cultural situation in Russia.
